A detective mystery set in Paris in the 1920s – honestly, how could someone not want to read that?!? Orphan Bastien is trying to solve the mystery of his parents’ death in a fire, and finds himself in the middle of a great adventure. Someone is kidnapping authors around Paris and it seems that Bastien is somehow connected to that. He needs to save his own life as well as find the authors, but danger is closer than he thinks.
Throw in some French pastries and Parisian bookshops and this is a perfect read for any Murder Most Unladylike fans!.
