Orders are sent via Royal Mail and, depending on whether you select 1st or second class, will normally take approximately 2 to 5 working days to arrive with you although at this difficult time please be aware delivery may take a little longer.
We ship each every day except Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days please get in touch on 01273 479320. Remember Royal Mail sometimes leave parcels with neighbours or in a Safe Place, so please check if this has happened.
International Delivery. At the moment we only send parcels for online orders within the UK but please contact us directly for a price for shipping to Europe and the USA.
BFPO Addresses. BFPO shipping costs the same as within the UK. The Royal Mail have now allocated postcodes to all BFPO addresses. If you don’t know the right postcode, you can download a list here.
ONLINE PURCHASES RETURNS POLICY
Provided your book is in the condition as delivered. If received damaged please return with the original packaging and we will happily replace it. The item needs to be returned to us within 14 days of purchase please. Just wrap it up safely and take it to the Post Office. Please include your name, telephone number and e-mail address so we know who sent it. We ask you to cover the cost of postage. Our postal address is:

SHOP PURCHASES RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if for some reason you are not then we are more than happy to offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase with a receipt as long as the item/s are in perfect selling condition as sold.
If you do not have your receipt or item/s were purchased more than 7 days previously, as long as in perfect selling condition we will exchange or issue a credit note at the discretion of the staff member up to 28days after purchase.
Please note we do not refund or exchange sale items, dedicated signed copies or books that are sold as firm sale such as books manufactured on demand.
Firm sale items are required to be paid in full at the time of order.
If your item is faulty then please bring it back into store and we will issue you a replacement.
